- Use of synthetic materials – many cheap textile products are made from materials such as polyester or acrylic, which are petroleum derivatives and are not biodegradable. - Lack of transparency – Asian manufacturers selling their goods in Europe often do not provide full information about the composition and production methods. In our laboratory, we discovered that bags described as linen were actually made of polyester. This situation is particularly worrying as these bags were intended for storing bread and other food products, which can be problematic from a safety and hygiene perspective.

By using only natural fabrics produced in Poland, such as linen and cotton, we focus on the quality and durability of our products. Sewing from materials with a weight of over 200g/m², and often even over 300g/m², guarantees the exceptional durability of our products. In comparison, standard eco-bags are often made from fabric with a weight of around 140g/m², which can affect their lower durability and stability.

Rarely noticeable defects such as protruding threads, uneven seams, or poorly sewn accessories, although they may seem like minor issues, have a significant impact on the quality, aesthetics, and durability of our textiles. We produce in a workshop with an artisanal character, employing skilled seamstresses. Thanks to their skills and experience, every product is the result of precise work, perfect in every inch. Our workshop, although not a typical mass sewing factory, efficiently handles large-scale production, achieving weekly volumes of several thousand pieces.
What distinguishes our products:
- The application of additional reinforcements in key areas for the product’s durability, such as the sides of bags and points of attachment to the handles,
- The use of double seams or seams in unusual places, which strengthens the structure of the products, for example, along the edges of bags,
- Precise trimming of each protruding thread during the final quality control,
- Exceptionally carefully executed embroidery as a decoration of our products,
- Sewing only with renowned threads, emphasizing our uncompromising approach to the quality of materials.

When embroidery becomes a limitation for complex designs, we use printing techniques to fulfill even the most intricate customer orders.
How do we handle mass production?
Control at every stage of production is crucial, especially when it comes to mass production or import, where maintaining consistent product dimensions can be challenging. To address this, we conduct rigorous quality checks at all stages: from material cutting, through decoration, overlocking, stitching, sewing on step machines or renderers, to ironing. We also manually check each product during packaging. By having each product go through the hands of many specialists, we minimize the risk of a defective product reaching the customer.

We also maintain strong, local supply sources. All our linen and cotton fabrics and accessories come from trusted Polish suppliers. By maintaining good business relationships, supported by shared values, we can guarantee the quality of materials certified by OEKO TEX. For embroidery threads and sewing threads, we choose only the best, globally recognized suppliers such as Madeira and Durak, which further raises the standard of our products.
